I received mail today from Costo regarding a $10 gift card if I sign up to automatically renew. I believe this mail may actually constitute an offer and not merely an invitation to make an offer. I spent a a number of years of my life before I ever knew about the difference and happier years afterwards. I realize this is not discussion of all the elements of a breach of contract case.
